Anton Citron is a 314-unit multifamily community in Orange County featuring contemporary architecture with 32,000 square feet of courtyard amenity space including pool, spa, fitness center, and theatre lawn. As waterproofing designer, we developed and stamped comprehensive waterproofing construction details and specifications, and provided construction administration services including submittal review, RFI responses, preconstruction meetings, mockup reviews, progress observations, ASTM-accredited fenestration testing, and final compliance affidavit for below-grade waterproofing and vapor barriers, garage waterproofing, planter waterproofing systems, weather-resistive barriers, window and storefront assemblies, low slope roofing, wall caps and expansion joints, balcony and terrace waterproofing, and wall penetration flashings.
